Graduate Engineer in Mechanical discipline from a premier engineering college in Karnataka during the year 1988-'89.  Worked as an Area Sales Manager, in an MNC for marketing industrial products for a period of five years and was heading a marketing company for marketing industrial consumable products for a period of two years before the venture of Business.

Concept Hydro Pneumatic Pvt. Ltd., was initiated by him as a manufacturing unit for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders with a small workforce. By his vision & forethought now CHPL is being transformed as a technology company in the field of Industrial Automation with core product as hydraulics.  He is instrumental in building the organization in recruiting talented engineers with an expertise in their respective fields and in-house training of the engineers.

Mr. V. Gunashekar - Director
Graduate Engineer in Electronics discipline from a premier engineering college in Karnataka during the year 1988 -89.  Ventured into the business by taking up distribution of an MNC for marketing industrial products for a period of 10 years at Ernakulam, Kerala state. In the process, he has developed good deal of marketing experience. He is instrumental in building the marketing setup with offices all over India by recruiting talented engineers with an expertise in industrial marketing and has built personal rapport with major clients which helps in getting major orders in the days to come.
